Missing Text?

There is no text to accompany the 6 numbers on the terrain features in the "TERRAIN PLACEMENT AND DEPLOYMENT AREA" diagram on page 146. Is this text posted somewhere?

Well spotted Terry, I've been playing for nearly 2 years now and I never noticed that before!

I suspect that it's just to illustrate different terrain types and their placement.

Aren't those numbers indicating the terrain placement dice rolls that position the terrain pieces there?
