Can game loading screen pics be modded?

I can't find a file where they are located, but these Pacific loading screen pics kind of break the immersion in the Blitzkrieg campaign...

If you cannot find certain image files in the C:\Program Files\Slitherine\Order of Battle - WWII\Order of Battle - WW2_64_Data\Content\Graphics folders, that means the images are embedded in resources or assets files which are not accessible to the average user.
