Audio sliders reset to default

I'm using the new patch and now the sound sliders for Audio don't work right.
I can move them and press APPLY, but when i close out the window all the sliders reset to default.

This seems to be a new issue that has only occured with the new patch.

In my case i'm trying to mute all sounds of the game while i am streaming other media.
I set the "Master" audio slider all the way down to the left and press APPLY.
This looks good.
But to exit this window i must press the X at the top right and when i do that all the sliders go back to the default position.
