Panzer Corps: Afrika Korps manual

Post by rma901 »

I just received Panzer Corps: Afrika Korps.

When I select MANUAL for the game I am connected to the manual for the game titled Panzer Corps Wehrmacht.

Is this correct and am I supposed to use this manual instead?

That is correct.
The original campaign is called Panzer Corps Wehrmacht. Afrika Korps, Allied Corps, Soviet Corps are stand alone campaigns added later.

With one of these stand alone campaigns one can then also buy the DLC's [DownLoadableContent] that require one of the stand alone campaigns for the game engine. The DLC's are shorter and cost less.

PzC Gold edition includes all the stand alone campaigns, and all the DLCs.

Assuming you got the PC version, not the iPad or Mac ports, There are also free mods from others users that can be played for free once you have the engine. There are discussions on this issue elsewhere on this forum, so I won't go into it here.

Thanks dalfrede. Your answer was prompt.

I do have the PC version.

I will buy PzC Gold soon. I used to purchase Matrix wargames often during the 2000s but things came up and it has been awhile. I don't even recall my old username or the email I used back then. I am getting back into playing wargames now. This is the 2nd Matrix game I have purchased since October and I will certainly be trying more of them.

Afrika Korps is one of the absolute best stand alone Campaigns.

If you are curious on how exactly to play the Campaign, I am almost finished uploading my entire playthrough of the entire Campaign on Double Rommel difficulty 25% the normal prestige received along with Graziani mode, so only able to purchase Italian Units.

Started the first India posting yesterday.

Welcome to the forum and the greatest game of all time.

Thanks Goose_2.

Are there 2 forums? One at Matrix and this one that I found by clicking FORUM on the PanzerCorps: Afrika Korps Intro.

I look forward to your campaign upload. I am enjoying my game. I am playing it at the lieutenant level. This is my first time. I think after one time I will move up in difficulty.

I hope if I have any other questions you might have an answer for me.

Thanks again.

There are two forums between Slitherine and Matrix, but Goose is referring to his YouTube channel.

Oh ok. Thanks dalfrede.

I went to your YouTube channel Goose_2 and I found it to be interesting and helpful.

Yesterday I bought PanzerCorps from Slitherine/Matrix. I think this is the original one.

Is it?

Merry Christmas!

Yes Panzer Corps is the basic game. This game has a lot of DLC's and other stand alone games.

Thanks and welcome to my channel. About to post my next episode of Dijon on Ultimate Difficulty
