They are very nice miniatures. Not that I'll be taking you up on your offer right now (I don't know what I need, nor indeed if I need anything), but the style is very similar to 'Two Dragon' (take that as a compliment). I'm wondering how they compare size wise with Two Dragon. Do you have any idea? Can you measure a miniature and let me know from the base of the foot to the tip of the helmet?

Additionally, the shields appear to be cast onto the figures (not separate) - is that correct?

Thanks.

DaiSho,
Greetings. I have seen the Two Dragons figures (very nice indeed) but do not have any to compare. The SLM historicals measure 17mm and work very well with OG 15's and Essex size wise. The shields are separate.

Great, thanks for that.

I'm thinking of (I think it is) the Saxon axemen to be used for my Irish Unprotected Heavy Weapon in my Viking "Norse Irish" Allies. I won't need too many, probably 20 elements + command (but I have that already I think) so, about 60 figures. I'll get back to you. Thanks for the info.

DaiSho,
Just wanted to let you know the tip of the helmet goes to 18mm. Top of most bare heads is 17mm.
