Superb!
Whomsoever designed the scenario for the attempted German capture and subsequent retreat from Moscow, that is brilliant design! The sudden change of orders, hold don't attack, the running out of supply, the overwhelming counterattack, the clever AI, everything was just brilliant. Thank you very much!
Did you know it was going to be that good when you made it?

Re: Superb!
One of my favorite scenarios as well, really ends Blitzkrieg well IMO.

Re: Superb!
It is a good example of how the designers have been creating ways to win scenarios and campaigns in a historically losing cause (i.e., Germany and Japan).

Re: Superb!
Has anybody actually managed to conquer Moscow in this scenario?
Is there a way to continue with the troops from this campaign into a subsequent campaign?
If you have played this scenario before, do you knowingly make no attempt to seize Moscow and simply dig in at a couple of secondary objectives?

Re: Superb!
You should be able to start with Blitzkrieg and import cores into Panzerkrieg, Endsieg and Volkskrieg.
Basically you can import into the next campaign.
Same thing with the upcoming Soviet trilogy (the second one should be published in 1 qtr-2020).

Thanks, Erik2!
Are you one of the developers?
How is the sequence for campaigns indicated? Which is the order?

Volkskrieg
Re: Superb!
I just picked the names from the campaign folder
Sorry to get your hopes up
Re: Superb!
In the campaign selection some campaigns are linked with small arrows, pls. see pic below - this means you can continue them, incl. core import from the prev. part:uneducated wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 1:05 pm How is the sequence for campaigns indicated? Which is the order?

Re: Superb!
Thanks, bebro! Great to hear from one of the Aristocrats.
What is the procedure for finding and then importing the core units from the previous campaign? At the start, it says do you want to use custom units, if you say yes, then what do you do? Where do you find the units you used previously?

Re: Superb!
If you play a campaign you can export (save) your core units anytime between scenarios or at the end of a campaign like described here:
https://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewto ... 64&t=93767
In the next campaign that is linked to the first you can simply select to re-import those.
Pls. note that new campaigns sometimes offer several choices:
1. Core import as above in a series of DLCs - if you actually have such a core army saved
2. use a selection of core units pre-placed on the map already
3. or buy a set of completely new set of custom units. This means instead of those pre-placed units on the map you get an equivalent amount of RP and CP to spend immediately to build the army you prefer.
If you already did 1, the choice for 2 or 3 does not appear. If you do not have a core from a previous campaign, or if the campaign is the first in a series of several linked DLCs you need to pick 2 or 3.
