Lydian [Lancer] Cavalry Change Model?

The Lydian Cavalry model is the same as the Light Spear + Swordsmen standard classical era cavalry models like Veteran Armoured Cavalry, but it's capabilities are Lancers + Swordsman. Was the Light Spear cavalry model used for Lydian Cavalry for an historical reason?

I'm just curious about the appearance because the model does not appear to be using a lance like a Xystophoroi or Noble Lancer unit.

Well they weren't really armed with lance, but with a shorter spear. They are just rated as Lancers to represent their historical effect vs Persian cavalry.

The helmet is incorrect but the weaponry is correct.
