since many turn I have a in unrest marker en this region
duration is one turn since many turn...

its a little bit misleading. The effect lasts one turn but may repeat the next turn. There are decisions especially the legal and religious ones that allow you to convert regions in unrest out of it. Alternatively it will change after a while by itself
