Latestest Upgrade FG II impossible due to lack of Handle

Hello, I managed to upgrade FG II with the first patch from Slitherine when I was located in Italy, but I am now at Punta del Este (Uruguay) and I never get the handle from site #1 for the upgrade with your latest patch.
I am using a local provider with an optic fiber and a good bandwidth and every other remote request to European sites works fine. My FG II licence is with Slitherine and not with Stream.
Can you help me?

Download it manually from the Member's Area. You can download games and patches/updates from the Member's Area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

Sorry, but the download button gives the following link : http://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/FantasyG ... .07404.zip but it is not working from my Uruguay location.
This link is very different from the link from the previous upgrade: Is-it the right one?

Yes, it's the right one. Check your anti-virus and firewall.
Most probably these are interfering with the download.
