I usually only receive a message saying they want to enter a form of greater cooperation. If I write to them, that is what I ask too. The answer is usually very short, iirc, without explanation.

The most fun comment I remember seeing was about early and sudden death of my ruler, leading to a Civil War. It was fratricide, iirc.

What I would like is a better visualization of what trade goods would be in high demand, so i could decide what to build where.

Yes trade goods feedback and the commerce war is underrepresented currently... Room for improvements!
