Bomber Ace.

I've been playing the U.S. Campaign lately and just entered 1943. I just read a post stating that there's a hero you receive in 1942 called Bomber Ace. I didn't get that hero. What kind of unit is it and when and how do you receive it?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It's a B25 you get in the first North African Invasion scenario, Oran or Casablanca.
If you mod the campaign file to play both, you get two.
It appears early on, in Oran when you capture the north airfield.
It appears with an aux B17 so you may not have noticed it was core.

Thanks dalfrede! I just looked at my U.S. Campaign and I do have him. Somehow I never looked at the battle history on that unit and so I didn't see the Hero.
