Provincial military bonuses

Is there a way to view all the bonuses for a province in order to determine where best to build say ships or perhaps heavy infantry? This should also include the experience bonuses for that province

If you build anything, a pop up message, are you sure to build this here, as at that other place you can build the same with better stats, would be a real help. You still can say, yes I do, for whatever reason.
