Can't finish main campaign chapter 12 on Xbox One (ending bug)

Can't finish main campaign chapter 12 on Xbox One (ending bug)

I just did main campaign chapter 12 on XB1 twice and both times when I cleared all enemy targets Sam Agathon repeats her earlier line about blowing up the Caprica base. This base is already destroyed so I can only float around and end turns, waiting for nothing to happen. Please fix this bug, I'd love to finish the campaign.

An ew update was releases last week. Please update your game and check if the issue is fixed.
