Generals and allied armies

I am curious if there is an intent to create an allied general for allied armies. Some sort of incentive to keep allied armies concentrated rather than simply dispersed throughout the senior partners army.

We made a design decision not to do this because of issues it would cause for the army command structure and especially for the AI
