Unable to move directly from one province to another.

As the Seleucids, I am unable to move directly from region Chaboras, Osroene to Osroena, Osroene. I must move north or south and then into the region Osreoena, Osroene. I am pretty I have seen this issue before in other Ageod games. Something about a region definition error.

The regions are connected. If there is a combination of weather, bonuses, or penalties that makes an indirect route between adjacent regions faster, you can request the direct route anyway by holding Shift when giving a movement order.

Thanks Andrew. Turns out, I think, the problem was related to harsh weather.
