Hi I'm still really loving this game especially MP. So I was just wondering what people would like to see that's not already there. Me I would wish for lots more diplomatic options and a in game player message system I know there are ways around this but in game would be so much better. Of course I have no idea of the work involved to produce such a system but really feel it would add so much more.

Seconded for further diplomatic options, which I believe is already being worked upon. I also believe an in-game messaging system would encourage more communication, plotting, alliances, manipulation, you name it! I`ve been using the slitherine private messaging system, but it requires multiple daily logins just to check for new messages in case one is missed. I tried setting up a discord server for one game, but nobody joined. The current messaging system displayed is great for general use, but not for plotting, secret alliances etc.

There are things I'd like I've mentioned before, but one of the big ones is a scenario creation kit so that maps can be made for multiplayer.

My list would be:

- Diplomacy - this one is obviously already in the works.

- Some tweaks to combat. Most importantly making cavalry more useful and better algorithm for assigning units to ranks - especially archers/skirmishers. One additional thing is maybe make it so that all units get at least one point of efficiency damage in combat and make it so that draw is default result if enemy outnumbers you significantly in combat power. Or use some other way to solve a problem of small elite unit being invincible on small frontage.

- Tweaking resources a bit. Gold is really easy to produce and mid-game stops being a consideration. Similar with metal and even manpower. I have never had problem with manpower - even playing as Sparta - beyond very early game. The population scaling is probably too high.

- Tweaking pop unrest a bit. There are several threads about how population of your culture is worse than population of other culture when it comes to unrest. In a sense it may be logical (e.g. Germans ruling over Hellens as opposed to assimilating them) but if that is the case this attribute of ethnicity should be more explicitly stated as unique quirk of the nation you play.

- Tweaking buildings a bit. As of now it seems to me that Culture buildings are the the king with infra good for building culture quickly and Health/Food building being not as useful - especially given that high pop is often huge negative. Commerce buildings are somewhere between - useful early but quickly go obsolete mid-late game. The military buildings are very meh in this game.

- Add Ironman mode with single autosave.

- Add more interesting achievements tied to Ironman. Achievement hunting is one of the things I love playing Paradox titles. It may nudge players towards experiencing different playstyles and strategies. The current list of achievements is kind of bland and you get them almost all by default just playing game till the end.
