How do you disband a building

I am embareessed to ask this question, but I cannot find an answer in the manual.

I want to disband a building, a king's palace, so I can move my capital.

I thought that right clicking on the icon of the building would do it, but it just brings up detailed information about the building.

How do i disband a building, meaning what controls do i use/

Any help will be appreciated.

click on the building and on the window that pops up there should be a disband button on the left hand side.
