This decision gives you the option to increase productivity levels in one of 4 areas. I can't figure out how to see what your current productivity level is for each of agriculture, construction, commerce and culture. Anyone know where to look?

look under your nation panel, you'll find the modifiers in the middle column, such as:

in my case I've taken the culture focus 4 times so my best modifier is +20%, they are given titles as you can see in the screenshot (obv different if you pick industrious etc)

if you then go to traits, you'll see your current combined global modifiers, again:
