General Priority Issue

I just witnessed my fleet and army get embarrassed by an enemy flotilla because instead of the 1-1 admiral in charge of the fleet taking priority, the 2-0 general in charge of the transport fleet did, resulting in me rolling fewer dice than my opponent. That's not okay Pocus. Not. Okay.

Had similar oddity on land. No save unfortunately, but should be easily replicable.

Too realistic for videogame.
