Error in FACTIONS.CSV?

Shoudnt the one cell im clicking on, be instead GER(EndResult) etc etc?

And shouldnt there be an underline _ in FRE Localization, so FRE_Localization, instead of otherwise?

Another error i believe? The Tag for Arachosia is repeated in Text31.txt, on Data/Texts
