Problem with Grand campaign core transferring

Post by demyansk »

Hi Guys,

I am always playing this game and finished the 1943 battles and went to start either the 44west or 44 east and I am Unable to transfer my core into the new battles. I am wondering what the reason is with this?

Suggestions?

Transferring from 43 East to 44 West is not possible without hacking one of the game files but 44 East should let you no problem.

Did you finish 43 on the same computer? The game creates a special save file locally which is needed to transfer, check to see if that file exists under:
C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\SaveCore

I think Nikkivdd created a few tweaked files to allow transfer between East and West later than 1942.

I checked and it looks like the last save core I have is from 6/23/19 which is old!!!

000141.pzcor 23 kb

Something must have happened with this file, I went back a few times

Okay, I might have found the problem, I tried my soviet corp shortcut icon and started the game and it listed the core's available. I just did it again from the other shortcut and it worked as well. Weird but not able to go to the western front, bummer
