Adjusting Specialisation.csv

I am trying to adjust the specialisation.csv file to allow the US Red-star, US Blue-star, and Free French to have the Landing Craft-Tank and Landing Craft-Infantry specialisations.

Anybody have a clue as to what goes on this line in the file to make that happen? It's a little different than most because it's in two columns:

Landing_Craft_Tank;35;land;US Army marine_corps;1943;Landing_Craft_Infantry;;7;landing_craft_tank;no

the column break is between "Army" and "marine _corps;"

I messed with it a little bit and had to go back to the original - OoB wouldn't load. What a shock... I guess I would be happy if it were adjusted to allow any faction that specialization.

You should be able to edit the file the same way you edited the units.csv file. For small changes best use a simple text editor.

Just put the factions you want (definitions inside the faction.txt file) into the "faction" column of the specialisations.csv file.

At the moment it's "...;land;usa, marine_corps;..." and you want something like "...;land;usa, marine_corps, redusa, usarmy;..."

PS: To use the "redusa, usarmy" factions inside the editor, you need to remove the "noEditor" tag from the faction.txt file first.

The text editor tip did the trick. The spreadsheet hides some of the header information, which is confusing. Also, there is another line for infantry landing craft way down below the one for tanks that has to be edited too.
