Sabaean Temple disappearing?

Post by Khazrakh »

I'm still pretty new to the game and while looking around for nations that seem interesting to play I found the Sabaeans sitting around in Arabia.
They start with some unique and interesting buildings. One of them is the Sabaean Temple. Oddly, after I pass my first turn it just disappears without a log entry or anything. Is this a bug or working as intended?
I restarted the game several times to see if it was a glitch but it happened every time, no matter what I did or how I deployed my pops.
The buildings description doesn't say anything about it either but I assume it's some kind of undocumented mechanic? Does anybody know the specifics?

The Saba Temple starts at "rest," then transforms into one of it's 7 branch temples, I think randomly each turn? Each temple has different stats and trade needs. So, it should not disappear completely, just morph into something different for a turn.

Exactly, did you look in all lines of buildings for a temple suspiciously similar in shape but in different color? :D
