As the title says. It has happened multiple times -- I get the pop up but I do not receive a new pop in the province. Am I going crazy? What is happening?

Love the game overall, just curious!

The slave will not go in the region where the battle is, most of the time. Depending of your number of slave markets, it will go elsewhere.

You do have Slave markets, right? Because otherwise they all go to the capital and you'll get revolts.
