Provincial Brythonic Warband - "besieger" trait does not work

As the title says the "besieger" trait does not work on this unit. It is a bug either because the trait does not work or the icon should not be there as Provincial Brythonic Warband is a heavy infantry unit. If you need I can send you a save file showing the siege in which I noticed it.
