glitch?

I was playing legions recently, and the most bizzare thing happened: I sent my level 12 auxilary cavalry against a squad od velites, and several red horseshoes popped up. Glitch?

I guess one of formation velites can use give them trample capability.
So, in rough terrain, or when circumstances allow, this could happen.
And more often than velites trample cavalry, cavalry trample cavalry.

I don't know what velites do this, maybe piercing horse with their javelins. I imagine.

Yep. Its not quite a glitch. The coding does give a chance for something like this to happen, though it doesnt very often. Ive had velites trample elephants, andheavy cavalry get 6 tramples against another unit of heavy cav.
