Got Some campaign issues

So I have been replaying the World At War campaign but on some missions I got a huge problem. Randomly during some missions (So far has occured on eviction and downfall) the game will freeze and all sound but the sountrack will stop. The only way to get out of it is to shut down my laptop manually and boot back up. I am on Win10. anyone know what is going on?

same answer, first goto the correct game forum and ask there, and welcome to the forum, posting here, no one knows which game you mean
