May I ask why in this case my cannot attack the Bedouin Cavalry on the right. The left Bedouin is engaged and I think it does not have ZoC. Am I wrong?

No the Veterans are not in a melee. They have their full mv points.

Your infantry is involved in the melee with Arab Cav....hence they are blocking the route to the Camels...
