Multiplayer 3v1 oddities

I wanted to join a challenge selecting a specific slot.
Clicking on the open slot did nothing, my player was stuck on the first available slot.
I clicked Join (or Confirm) anyway.

Back in the scenario list there appeared a tooltip message 'You have been invited to this open challenge'
Never noticed this message before.
Note that the icon had changed.

I selected Join again and was back in the slot selecting screen. I had to click Confirm again.
Returned to the scenarios and this time I was finally confirmed.

Here's another peculiar thing. This is an as yet unpublished 3v1 scenario.
The German are player 1 and moves first.
Here's the finish of a couple of German unit moves.

The Greek is player-3. Note that the Germans above are back in their starting positions

Sorry, Erik, I hope you understand, while I'm willing to help in general, with MP scenarios I have no idea where even to begin to look for "issues".

The Corinth scenario is currently tested in hot-seat, so no multiplayer game yet.
