Game wrongly calculates +/- command points trigger

Custom scenario with Dialog at scenario start giving the player the option to transfer resource income and land command points from Wehrmacht to Waffen SS.
It looks like the calculations are off.

At start Wehrmacht LCPs are 140. Waffen SS LCPs are 13.

Dialog and triggers:
Removes 11 Wehrmacht LCPs and add 11 Waffen Ss LCPs.

Result:
Wehrmacht LCPs are 118, should be 140-11=129.
Waffen SS LCPs are 35, should be 13+11=24.
It looks like the transfer is calculated twice...

Solved.

The Transfer event needs the Dialog Popup condition (not the 'Any event'), otherwise it will trigger twice.

No, I have used "Any event" as in the original game Endsieg. The probem is that the trigger "Transfer" should not be activated, it will be activated by the Dialog :

I just finished a Germany East 43 campaign.
This functionality looks very nice swapping stuff between Wehrmach and Waffen SS. The trick is to balance the transfer for each scenario.
We'll see how it is welcomed by the players...
