Campaign Editor: Specialisations

Custom campaign started as a duplicate of the official Burma campaign.

Australia is added to both Alliances and core units.
Why is it not available in the Specialisation tab? For some reason, the US is listed.
This issue is present in both 7.1.4 and beta 7.1.5.
