Choose spawn location for teamplay & other suggestions

The first thing is pretty straightforward, it doesn't seem like there's an option to choose where you spawn in this game. Often times you find yourself across the map from your allies and thus almost completely unable to help them till halfway through the game, or never. Thus I think you should be able to pick exactly where you spawn. As a consequence to this everybody sees where you're choosing to spawn before the game starts, so in order to choose where you spawn it allows your enemy to know. Just like how if you choose your faction the enemy knows what to expect for units as opposed to random.

Secondly I'd like to address the space marines. They seem like they're in a fairly good spot starting out, however, I think they should have research projects to call in 1-2 more cities maximum to allow them to keep up with mid to late-game opponents from other factions. Yes, I acknowledge they have some of the best units in the game, however, they struggle to keep up with production when the enemy has 3 or 4 cities and you only have one. Another solution to this could be to allow more then one unit to come out of a barracks/armory/airfield per turn if you have enough production but that would take a lot of those buildings to do, unless the production of additional space marine unit production facilities is doubled.
There are other solutions to allowing the space marines to keep up later game aside from additional cities but I believe that again, if it's a research project they should get 1-2 more cities in total. 1 more per project and about tier 4-5 for the first new city.

Also the health pool of devastator space marines now is quite low. Having a model reduction could be agreed with, but each model should get 1 more health or something bringing their total health up to 12 from 9 because they die way too easily now.

Lastly, I'd like to mention the spawn rate of kastelan robots. There are often times where my friends will just start the game, move a bit out of their base and then an army of kastelan robots will see them and chase them down. When early enough in the game they can camp outside your base and spawn kill your men. It gets so bad it gets to the point where sometimes the person attacked will be as much as 30 turns behind in army building and city building, thus predetermining their defeat before any PVP even occurs. This should simply not be the case because it makes the entire battle up to a roll of the dice rather then skill and kastelan robots should be rare at best NEVER spawning in a group of more then 2. Let alone 6 to 10 that we more often then not stumble upon.

i would like the human player to be able to control more than one faction on a team. But this is a good idea too.
