Has someone already experimented with the new weather.csv file?
The speed, attack/defense and radar settings don’t seem to work; only LOS does.
I’ve added a third LOS column for naval units which actually works.
I’m currently using 0.75 for rain, 0.5 for snow, and 0.25 for sandstorm, but these values possibly only work well with my own mod settings.

I tried to make modifications with weather Snow (speed->land, 0.5) but it blocks the game (?)

Do the "speed, attack/defense and radar settings" changes work when a sandstorm effect takes place? If this file was introduced with the Sandstorm DLC, maybe it only works during sandstorms (yet)?

I don't think I did something wrong there while testing speed and the combat modifiers. I have reported this as bug that nothing but the LOS setting is working there.
The LOS settings (even an added third one) works fine for each weather type. I've just tested every type again with my modified file here.
According to the patch notes ("Sandstorm weather reduces LOS and combat performance") the combat performance is unaffected as it was prolly kicked out in the end. There is no vanilla entry for that - only a (broken?) speed one for sandstorms.
