Have you tried all of the common trouble shooting? Reinstalling the game is a good first step. If you have the steam version you could try repairing the files or reinstalling. Let me know

Reset - the same thing, tried to restore, did not help. The video card driver and Dirext X were updated. did not help.

also game doesn't use DirectX either

Graphics: OpenGL 3.3 compatible with 1 GB VRAM (NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (1 GB) / AMD Radeon HD 5750 (1 GB)) and up-to-date graphics drivers

the error message posted above is meaningless without the other items in the guide being also uploaded and posted

Sorry you're having problems. When did the issue start? Were you able to run it before?
