Orc Teleport Bug?

I used the Orc teleport spell when I was next to a city and the city teleported with me and the units around me, just taking the city structure. The fencing was left on the map where I teleported from. The timing was odd though, as the multiplayer person I was playing with had crashed almost at the same time, so I am not sure if that is related or not.
