Minsk scenario in Blitzkrieg

There are 2 different events which have the same image. During the game, we see appearing twice the same image :

Yes, a little by the event_surprise.
I thought of a bug of trigger at the beginning.

Another small bug -> Secondary objective = Complete the mission in 30 turns :

The description of the Secondary Objective says that we receive +2 Specialisation Points :

But the Trigger gives only a single point ( Add Specialisation Point +1 ):
