problem since Beli on Steam

hope picture shows up. if it does, i'm playing on Steam. Since the Beli DLC (which i haven't purchased yet), i get this screen no matter what type of battle i try to play. never had any problems
before and haven't made any changes to original files other than download in game content such as scenarios, campaigns etc etc.

i get this screen and a very small FOG2 screen. i have to c/a/d to get out as i can't click on yes/no. i have rebuilt the folder using steam/properties and initially there were some 'corrupt' files but
steam corrected them and the files are all good. i have deleted (completely removed) program and reinstalled. I still get the same error. i contacted Steam support and they gave me
the Sliterine support email. i emailed them a day or so ago and realize it is a weekend (not complaining as I've never had an issue with Slitherine/Matrix or Steam). i just wanted to see if
anyone can help.

Its the weekend and wanted to play.

The short answer to this is that you probably need to turn off the Rise of AI global mod. Longer answer below:

This message means that your computer is loading an old version of one of the script files that does not have the GetPotLuckMapType() script function. Any user created scenarios or modules may contain script files that could cause this issue, until updated versions are made available. However, the problem would only occur when accessing that user content.

However a global mod such as Rise of AI can cause the issue for all SP content. You should disable this using the button at the bottom left of the main menu screen, until such time as an updated compatible version of the mod is available.
