It's getting worse and worse for the Space Wolves on Alaric Prime... the Orks are defeated but there is a new, dangerous threat to face. A warp rift has been opened by Mogrok, and now hordes of horrid creatures from outside our dimension are pouring in. The planet plunges into new depths of madness. Logan Grimnar knows it will take all their valour to defeat the Chaos Daemons, the Horrors of the Warp!

Horrors of the Warp is out!

The new expansion for Warhammer 40,000: Sactus Reach adds a new single player campaign in which Space Wolves will have to repel the tide of Chaos Daemons. Chaos Daemons themselves have been added as a new playable race in Skirmish, with loads of new units, abilities and types of weapons. It is a must-have for all Sanctus Reach fans, Get it now!

The release of Horrors of the Warp is accompanied by a new update for the base game, adding, among other things, localization to Russian language. Click here to read the full changelog.

This expansion is a joke.
Chaos army is way to powerful for the other armies.
Heavies for the other armies barely do shit against lights in the chaos army (let alone nothing to chaos heavies.)
And lights in the other armies get eaten alive.
Worst expansion for this game so far...

I had similar thoughts in beta. Daemons in campaign was very numerous (especially on Grim Darkness), but when i tried them in skirmish, they were almost obliterated by AI. Now i have no problems with daemons and counting "Into The Breash" mission as the best mission in whole game. It was hard but it's worth it
