Wanted to make sure I was reading this right.
In the far right, under "Total Bases" if there is a number, say, 4-12, that means you MUST take 4 bases (which is probably 1 BG), and a maximum of 12. That gives you the mandatory bases required.
I think I lost something in the translation. Looking at the Later Ottoman it says "The minima marked * apply only if the Sultan is present". Minima? Plural of minimum? Never seen that term before, so thats my best guess. Also, when would the Sultan be present? An Inspired Commander?
Also, unrelated to this army, but what does it mean when a bow is listed as "bow *" in the list?

If you state the Sultan is present you must take 1 BG of Qapu Khalqi cavalry and 1 BG of Janissaries. You can still have an IC that is not the Sultan so these troop types become optional.I think I lost something in the translation. Minima is indeed the plural of minimum.Omar wrote:Minima? Plural of minimum?
