Cannot download CEAW

Hello,

I purchased CEAW some time ago and was going to redownload it today (my PBEM opponents have been waiting a loooong time now) and I've been stumped by a complete lack of anything to do with how to download it. I thought I would have a confirmation email but it's either accidently been deleted or the details are somewhere else. Now, obviously this could be a scam, so what info do you need as proof of purchase? I can probably find the transaction info in my online banking statement if needed, which is all I can think of other than the testimony of my membership here, questions I have asked and the fact I have played with two PBEM opponents. So I'm stumped as to what I should do...

Sorry you're having probelms. Where did you buy the game from? You'll need to supply your order number and go through www.findmyorder.com to trace it and redownload it. It's best to make a backup of the version locally to a CD once you've downloaded, unless you want to pay Digitial River extra to keep your download available for an extended period but that feels like a waste of money to me
