Scoring off already routed units.

Post by vj531 »

I've always worked on the premise that a routed unit (allowing for rallying) was finish from a game as far as the victory percentages are concerned.
 Today in a MP game I noticed my opponents win percentage increased after attacking one of my routed units? :!: :!:

Tried searching the manual for a rule to cover this with no luck.

I suspect that your unit had rallied to Fragmented, hence being removed from the rout percentage, and then routed again when charged.

The program actually only caculates the % of currently unrouted units (and then deducts it from 100), so there is no way that attacking a routing unit could increase the rout %.

It is worth remembering that routed units can rally and cause all sorts of trouble later on, so a free shot is always worth taking!
