I tried to use my 12 year reward code to buy Legions Triumphant but it would not recognise it.

sorry to hear that, how old is the coupon?

and only choice is now tbh is full staff support

please contact support@slitherine.co.uk and then they will try and see what is may be the problem, and sorry again for your issues
