Need some help with a couple of Mods

Greetings to all!
I've just downloaded Panzer Corps and played through the tutorials. Before starting the campaign "for real", I'd like to install a couple of mods. I've installed RSM Redux 1.25, BigUnit Photos and Skinned Icons Mk2c without problem and would like to add the PzC_airmod_1.22a now. Unfortunately, it clashes with efx.pzdat from RSM Redux and I have no idea how to get them to play together. I assume they'd need merging somehow, but I don't know how to do that. There's a similar problem with the Elite Units 1.21 LOV, but with the equipment.pzeqp file. Anyone here who could explain it to me?
