Prestige Points when Surrendering

Hi,

I am playing the game again for the millionth time and I was wondering about not receiving any prestige points when I surround a unit and force its surrender? I am playing the add on campaigns and I noticed this right from the start, I think

Sounds like you need to update your game as the 1.30 rules should give you prestige

Thanks, When I start the game, the main screen says 1.30 on the bottom of the page. However, when I start a new game I come across in the Advanced Settings something like this:

IDS_TAB_Advanced
IDS_Option_New_1.20

Version 1.30 September 27, 2016 is on the main screen.

I will attach a screen shot of my advanced settings.

I was playing the game last month and it was working fine. I am not sure if I had different settings on or not? Strange?

Yes, running v1.30 will show those settings and you should be getting prestige for a surrender.

It's strange though that you're seeing the cryptic variable names in the screenshot instead of the translated labels. Not sure if that's related.

Weird, I did have a mod running for a multiplayer game I am in. This looks like the problem. I had a mod called Minor Booster Pack 1.2 running and I opened up GME and moved it and started the game again and came up with the correct screen. Now, I will have to try the game to see if the prestige will work when surrounding a unit.
