Windows 10 questions........

Just received a windows 10 laptop....will Panzer Corps work on it? Any tips or tricks I need to know when installing???

game works fine as long as you install any pre requisite that comes with the game

If you are installing the 'Gold' version, just do a standard install. If installing various components piecemeal(i.e., you don't have all DLCs, etc.), install them in release date order then use the 'Check for Update' button on the start screen to install the latest updated version.

VERY NEW TO W10...having problems installing Panzer Corps Afrika Korps...what is the procedure on installing on W10?

Can you be more specific as to what your problem is? If you have the dvd version, it should autoplay when you put it in your drive. However, it does take a very long time to start in mine and then I get a little pop-up in the lower right which asks what I want to do with the disk in my drive. If you have the download version, you probably have to un-zip it to run it.

Is Afrika Korps the only one you have or are you adding it to a previously installed Panzer Corps or other DLC?

none of my Panzer Corps discs will load..they spin up a little but do not pop up any windows to install them...I have most all the discs..and have been playing this series since it was released...very frustrating on W10..

You might try registering your games on this site.
Then either use Steam or download the 'upgrade' from the members area.
I was able to download the MAC version and load it using the PC PzC Gold serial number.

Are you familiar with File Explorer? You should be able to find your DVD drive, select it, then click on the setup file if they won't autorun just by putting the disc in your drive. As I said, mine take a fair bit of time before they 'autorun'. I just put in my Afrika Korps disc and it took 5 minutes and 22 seconds before it ran. However, when I did it again it was only a matter of seconds. Don't know why, but just going to the directory and running the file is probably easiest.
