Imported core units deployment issue

Imported core units deployment ignore CP limitations. The game allows you to deploy such units over limit with CPs going down to negative. This happens only if a unit is in "imported core" state, i.e. it's imported, but has not been deployed before.

Game version: 5.2.3 / steam
