OOB-WWII game not recognized by updates

I purchased the sale OOB-WWII bundle, downloaded the WWII file, unzipped and it loaded. I can play the game.
But:
1. When I check for updates I get an error.
2. When I try to load one of the add-on modules, it says the base game is not loaded.

NOTE: I did not get a 'key' for the base game, but did for all the other modules.

Please advise.

The developers are aware of the issues and are atm trying to find and sort out a solution, sorry for the issues

I updated to 5.20 and purchased Panzerkrieg. Panzerkrieg campaign was not available when I started the game. In order to save disk space I uninstalled the 32-bit version of the game. None of my campaigns are available in the 64-bit version. Tried to reinstall version 4.1.7 and it won't install. Any way I can fix this mess I created?
