RudanKort, Yes! Scenario Editor works on Mac with Wine.

There have been several posts about a lack of editor for the Mac, here my response.

Wine is open source freeware developed to run Windows programs on Linix machines without using Windows, there are Mac versions as well.
I use Wineskin wrapper 2.6.2 .

1) Do a web search on Wine and get the data and software you need.
2) Go to Slitherine members area and download PanzerCorps-Update-v130.zip , this is the PC version of game
3) Install though Wine, you will need your serial number.

I bought PzC Gold for the PC, the serial number also worked for Mac Beta and Mac release. I did not pay anything beyond the PC Gold price.

Three notes on playing the PC verision:
use X11 graphics [not mac],
don't play in windows mode,
click through video intro, it doesn't play.

I have made minior mods to Nico's Updated GC, the editor works!

I have not been able to load user campaigns such as BattlefieldEurope in the Mac release, I suspect that it doesn't work.
The Gold serial number used once unlocked all the campaigns. For the Mac you must unlock each campaign separately.
They do load under Wine.
Modifying campaigns and scenarios you can already play does work.
