Forgotten Army play-test

Post by Erik2 »

The Allied 14.Army in Burma was called the Forgotten Army.
This is a brand new 1v1 multiplayer scenario replacing my old Burma 1942-45 scenario.
New map including the Allied staging area in India and the Japanese staging area in Thailand.
Allied Nationalist Chinese and Japanese Indian Nationalist forces controlled by the AI.
65 three-week turns, so this should be more managable than the old 190+ weekly turns.

I'm looking for two play-testers, one Allied and one Japanese.
The main goal is to test wether the Japanese are able to drive into India. This may be difficult with 'only' 65 turns.

Known issues:
The map is large and during hot-seat play the game would often crash, even on my brand-new powerful PC/graphics card.
There was no problem reloading a turn and continue though.

So, if you're interested, PM me and I'll send you a download link.

I'm interested too. I can test it by switching between my gaming desktop and gaming laptop. Plus testing playability.

I also have a lot of experience playing your original version of this several times. I think it was with Bremusik?

I sent you a PM.

Looks like multiplayer system has problems with fairly large scenarios.
Uploading my turn to Brenmusic failed repeatedly.
I have reported this on the tech support forum.
