two questions

hi,

first question: what means the third number in the first menu of the editor besides the country income: when playing humans, there are 3 numbers: gold then income and the third ?

second question: how can be placed a plane in a hangar at the begginning of a scenario? i have read it is with shift+click but it doens't work

Here are a couple of pages from the Scenario Editor Manual that I am revising. I took it down from the Design & Modding Guides forum to update it for the most recent version of the editor. It's almost done and it should be back up there soon.
